Bill Rosson
Founder 'Turnkey Perfume Solutions'
Bill received his International Marketing degree from NYU business school and spent the next 3 decades in global sourcing and product development primarily in Asia and Europe. He managed a portfolio of brand licenses ranging from Mattel’s Barbie and GI Joe to food brands Hershey’s, Burger King and Lifesavers. A seasoned entrepreneur, he created the NYC retail stores ‘Exercise Express’, the first boutiques dedicated to women’s only dance/aerobic apparel. He followed with stores Coco + Z and CO2, two of the city's trendiest and luxury children's and teen stores.
Bill is the author of the book ‘Ballet; A Man’s Game.’ He is a graduate of Cinquième Sens fragrances. He currently serves on the board of a luxury home accessory company with offices in NYC and Paris.

Katz
Advisory "Nose"
Tami’s entry into the world of fragrance began twenty-five years ago with the Executive Training Program at Bloomingdale’s. Cultivating a keen understanding of all aspects of perfume-making, Tami pursued her passion and spent the bulk of her career at IFF creating perfumes for Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta, Elizabeth Arden, Liz Claiborne, Axe, Dove, Degree and more.
Ultimately, she was chosen to hone her craft with industry icon, Ann Gottlieb. Tami has skillfully collaborated with perfumers to create fine fragrance and cologne, home fragrances, deodorants, lotions, in addition to haircare.

Kathryn Balcerski
Advisory "Nose"
Kathryn received her degree in chemistry and followed with a masters from the renowned Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Marketing and International Business. Kathryn’s first love was chemistry, spending many years working in the beauty care specialty ingredients sector, then discovering the allure of the perfume world where she has remained for twenty-five years.
After a stint with Haarmann and Reimer (now Symrise), Kathryn honed her fragrance development skills at world leader International Flavors and Fragrances. She worked at
both London and New York offices for global clients Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Perry Ellis, Mary Kay, Bath & Body Works, Ponds, Axe Deo-Cologne, TRESemmé, TIGI, and Lux.

Kathryn and Tami are co- founders of Serendipitee NYC, selected as the official training partner of Cinquième Sens, the renowned fragrance training company in Paris, and The Fragrance Foundation in New York.
